what does poiema mean?
Hersch! You're the seminary student--you should be telling us... ;-)
I can't give you the actual, complete, literal translation at this moment, but "poiema" means "workmanship" or "creation". It's the word used in the "we are His workmanship" Scripture.
Maybe I'll blog more later on the reason why I chose that word for my username. There IS a story behind it (of course...I have a story for everything!)
